It has many employees both in the building and on the field who are tracking, maintaining and upgrading various city civil infrastructure such as:

- Water distribution

- Waste management

- Repairs in general

- City advancements in general

Which includes arranging new assets to be made with City factories and taking the budget from the building called "CORE", all papers are filtered thru building called "NOTARY".

These assets are used then for repairs and replacements of bad or old infrastructure.

Player driven factories/companies earn in the process including notary office.

"HUB" has large database of city information's and life quality in general because it is connected by default to the "CORE" building and uses such in order to enable the whole city to function. It has rights to cut off water and electricity to particular block of the city for usual reasons such as maintenance or non paid bills and so forth.

Game features 2 of these buildings for every city which makes around 20 possible buildings for the whole game. This building does make profits when company/factory or residential

Landlord needs these city infrastructure to be delivered to the location.

This building charges for employees salaries, for project planning and architecture execution.

This building then collaborates with player driven construction company for these works to be put into practice on the field.
