Utility Building "BANK"
This building has a real world bank functionality but altered/gamified.
Do not mix this building with the Utility building called "CORE".
This building doesn't deal with our company revenues, instead this building is operated by you and by Players where two together makes all kind of yet to be explored dynamics and revenues.
Main features:
Make transactions to other game banks (player to player, player to business)
Borrow money
Deposit money into the bank with interest rates
Allows for remote purchases (aka: connects to small and large business per choice)
Can behave as hedge fund and use its capital to invest into business or city expansion and make more capital and in process earn revenue that gets distributed to loyal clients or uses it to advance its own business and offers optionally.

Can connect to other cities banks across real world countries.
Purchase any in-game asset or in-game service, this is strictly a video-game mechanics feature and not real world bank and can be used only within the game. Which has advantage of instant transfers on other hand.

Currency exchange rate and other bank features being digitally output as information which other tech in game assets can connect to and grab information (tv stations, ads space, wearable gadgets, other banks and so forth)

But lets not make mistake , a lot of players will play the game in every city/ cities made based on real world Countries numbers, locations and styles/culture.

It is complex for bank, since all the game world dynamics and your abilities makes it hard to calculate. What we can count on is that project is massive and amount of players is massive hence number of transactions is even more massive, and there is plenty more dynamics involving your bank hence what we can say is that this building type is of absolutely great importance.
But still, there is many unknowns and we will set the price for this building NFT to be 2mill$.
And we will keep your Landlord status until you manage to earn 20,000,000$ .
