to our game studio and one we launch.
-Estimated revenue per month is:
amount of players(estimated 50mill)*player purchases(we speak about profit from the whole game) and landlord of this building takes 2 percent of the total earnings(aka: 2 percent of the net profit this particular project made) in duration of 2 years after which landlord revenue is reduced to 0.5 percent! The 4th year time mark(counting from launch date) clears you from the landlord status completely for this particular building.
In good days this may produce you almost half the amount you paid once for the building and doing that monthly! (aka: 5 mill revenue for you on a good month)
Number of these buildings is limited to just 5!
Why Players would pay monthly for your building?
They do not live here. But building needs to be maintained by players, you will pay players to maintain the building(estimated 2000k per month at worst case) and pay per task based or monthly for permanent employees.

It is simple. You will earn 2 percent from total earning of the game in duration of 2 years after which your revenue percentage drops to 0.5 and after 2 more years you are cleared from taking the revenue from this project. Price for the building is: 10,000,000$
We will aim and it is in our best interest to bring this project up and over 200mill per month total revenue(but we can not know if we gonna achieve it) but anyhow we can give you examples of your earnings for this building:
2 percent of 200,000,000 = 4,000,000$ per month for you
2 percent of 50,000,000 = 1,000,000$ per month for you
0.5 percent of 200mill = 1,000,000$ per month for you
0.5 percent of 50mill = 250,000$ per month for you
In other words if good days happen during your Landlord period u may be looking at
just over 100,000,000 revenue for this building in total.
Please notice your expenses and revenue starts only the date that we launch, and we will launch when the game is functional and well capable of making a revenue stream and has large player base.
Bad days are bad days as bad as they can be and amounts can move in any range.
Risks?
Yes there are :
Your money is spent on development of the whole video game project, development of G-Play ecosystem and our company expenses however for whatever reason game may lack a good start due to anything honestly.
Game can pickup on popularity near end of your sweet 2 percentage period.
Game may fail even when completed - being rejected by publicity for whatever reason and nothing can bring your cash back since we spent on development.
May the asteroid come and hit the earth? Who knows, but its my duty to mention random Universe possibilities it has prepared for your life.

One of the possibilities is that we make so that you keep your landlord status as long as you didn't reach those projected 100,000,000$.
