This is City Owned building and is about serving the publicity with hospital and similar full body treatment. You can not own this building but instead you can subscribe to it to benefit from tax collection. Estimated earning is anywhere from 1 to 100k bucks per month total.

Each NFT owner is a subscriber and in-game building can share 80 subscribers each benefiting the 1 percent of the total building income. For every above 80 subscriber we create a new building inside the game world.

Amount of buildings of the same type will be 500 total. which makes 40.000 possible subscribers, which allows us to generate really low price for this NFT and make it friendly for wider community pockets who want to support our development and possibly earn in the process.

Pricing of subscription/NFT for this building is just one time 200$ and expires after 10 years!

Got the name because its exterior looks like a docking station in space as also many players during the day will dock-undock for

Why Players would pay for this building services?

- Player characters are very much life-like they have features of an regular body-just slightly gamified, which means character body dynamics are very complex and influenced by many factors, same as in real life our body is a machine that needs maintenance, same applies to in-game characters.
