About the Role
You will be working closely with game producer and the Art Team, what more you will lead it. Your job will consist of daily making the quick sketches and weekly producing one to few 2D art pieces for the team internally to follow and/or be inspired by. Occasionally you will be making 2D Art pieces used for community engagement and high-res super polished art for a public promotions. You are expected to take initiative and always draw something, always showing something, be inspirational force for the whole team.
Salary will follow the contributions.
Requirements
We like to keep our game-studio structure simple and tight, hence because of your strong sense of the Art and drawing skills you will be given the Art-Lead position. This will mean that you need to have leadership skills and to call for meetings when needed. You will be responsible for making and collecting Art refferences for the art team to follow. You will manage Art team tasks and ensuring that they stay inside the visual language.
Abillity to do Illustrations(lighting) in your art is a bonus.
Ability creating quick mockup/wip art samples and abillity to itterate on the same.
Strong sense of sci-fi and cyber-punk themes.
Combination of Photobashing and hand touches is prefferred.
Ability creating Art that involves cars, humans, cities...
Great communication skills are essential.
Leadership skills are bonus. Lead by example!
