This website offers visitors to inform about "Cyber-Me" Metaverse and allows them to help our development by pre-purchasing metaverse/video-game assets and a "G-coin" gaming currency and as a form of financing our start-up company budget we do offer our company shares in a separated offer. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

This website serves "Cyber-Me" metaverse promotion. Main purpose of the website is to inform publicity about that same project and to allow the same publicity to place pre-orders and help the development, hence anyone interested in the project is welcome into our Discord community even without purchasing anything from our website.
We are young start-up company called "DGV" and "Cyber-Me" is our first project. This project is expected to be published after 2 years of continuous development. This is the time we expect first gamers to hop-in and play.
Our offers may change or rather follow world monetary situation at that particular moment.
Everyone who pre-purchase our products and/or services in case of the successful development is guaranteed to own their purchased assets.
In case that you break our community guidelines or in any other case we get into serious miscommunication we claim the right to return the amount of your purchase at that date currency conversion and minus transaction fees and optionally to ban your email from using our services or products.
Indemnification. In case that project budget is spent before it is delivered/published(in case that budget is just 2mill dollars) we have still many means of financing and ways of pushing the project forward, but this pushes the delivery of the project away from initial target timeframes until we gain the budget again. Your pre-orders are spent on the development of the "Cyber-Me" project mainly hence if the same project doesn't get delivered we do not have any means of returning the cash amount that you spent on your pre-orders. However our goals are not failures but instead this amazing project being developed and we will always keep pushing it forward. G-Coin gaming currency that u will purchase is a cross-product currency and means that we will indefinitely have a log about your purchase and in case of that DGV starts any other product and/or service you will be able to spend your G-Coin then.
These terms in essence will stay the same over the time except that we will enhance them properly with a legal language over the time and reinforce it with more details.
