About the Role
Remote work. This is a Senior position! You will be working closely together with Art Lead, game producer, concept artist and technical 3D artist. Humanoid characters are one of the most important assets in our game-world and we need them to work and look good as possible. World theme is cyber, futuristic "Cyber-punk vibes" .
They will have wide range of facial and body motions. Characters need to be completely detailed. These characters from a in-game world are clones and hence do not need to be super-realistic(render quality) but instead same as in real world if we can imagine clone skin would be a synthetic material faking the look of the skin. You will get complete brief during the interview.
Job will last indefinitely and after proving your work you may be assigned to character Lead where you will be mentoring other character artists. Salary follows your contributions.
You will be contracted and fully employed with all related benefits.

Requirements
This is a complex job of creating realistic humans and actively participating in finding the ideal solutions together with Technical 3D artist. Character are customisable in all possible ways!
Previous Senior AAA realistic humanoid characters creation Experience.
Ability of adapting to complex pipelines.
Great Communication skills are mandatory.
Ability creating humans and clothing - from empty scene to a game- ready asset.
Understanding correct topology for animations.
Ability riging and skinning your characters is huge bonus.
Previous experience with Unity game engine is a huge bonus.
Having your own database of textures and human figures(allowing you to quick-start) is a bonus.
