About the Role
You will be working closely with gameplay programmer and coming up with game and network architecture and other solutions and with game producer. You will be following game design document and create your own network architecture diagrams(writing documentations) and tasks when needed. You will be responsible for finding the best optimal networking language that meets all of our requirements.
Game and server network architecture is yours.
This is a 3D game that is using Engine and custom code physics and other data that flows are playing inputs and other code communicating(game mechanics systems and other) and we need to optimise everything.
We have some plans already in place but you are expected to be the main star that doesn't burn hydrogen but solutions instead.
You will get complete brief during the interview.
Salary follows contributions.

Requirements
This is a Senior position and you need to display previous experience working on mass multiplayer project.
You work will be inside and ourside the game-engine where needed.
Great communication skills are mandatory.
Leadership skills are huge bonus.
Extensive video-game development is mandatory.
Knowing Unity development platform is essential.
Familiar with network compression.
Understanding various network architectures and picking the best one per case.
